You'll need: </p><ul>[*]1.25 lb Lean Ground Turkey[*]Small Onion[*]16 oz can of Low Sodium Chicken Broth[*]16 oz can of black beans[*]16 oz can of red kidneys[*]16 oz can of chickpeas[*]28 oz can of diced tomato w/ jalapeno[*]1 TBS nutmeg and cinnamon[*]4 TBS of black pepper[*]1 TBS EVOO[/list]
Directions: Heat EVOO in pot, chop onion and sautee. Once sauteed brown the turkey. Once browned pour in all remaining ingrediants and stir well. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce to simmer. Allow to simmer for 30-35 minutes. That's all!!! Makes 6 - 2 cup serving.</p>
