The first tournament @ Watts Bar Dam boat ramp will be this Saturday from first safe light until 3:30 P.M. Entry fee is $70.00 and an optional $5.00 big fish . Membership to cover all Heartland Angler sponsored events for the 2010 season is $30.00 per angler. Locking through is allowed to any body if water.This is a five fish limit with "no dead fish". Fish 4 of the 6 to qualify for the classic on Guntersville lake on October 8,and 9,2010.

We had a total of 9 boats show up today for the first tournament of the Division #2 Trail on Watts Bar. Kendall Batty ,and Marion Tipton had a total of 11.16 lbs. to finish in first place with a 5 fish limit. This was only limit weighed in today. Dusty Fugate,and Adam Walden took second with 2.62 lbs. which was also big fish of the contest. One other fish was weighed in at the scales but fell short of the 2.62 lbs. mark.It was extremely slow on the bar today.

The second tournament of division #2 will be on 3-6-2010 @ Watts Bar Dam ramp. Locking through is allowed. We are expecting 20 plus boats this week.

We had a good turn out on 3-6-2010, and I will repost when I am more positive on the numbers. Marion Tipton and Kendal Beatty finished first with 15 lbs. James Mc Nalley and Ben Bartley were in second at 14.12 lbs. Tharpe and Roupe finished third with 13.99 lbs. I will get more info. to revise the errors and repost later. I think we had 15 to 18 boats. Thanks to all who fished.
