Welcome. Ive not fished the Dayton area at all, but i promise that if you hit Chickamauga you wont be disappointed. Its a little harder now to catch fish than it was a few months ago, but its not impossible. Right now the grass is so thick that i cant fish some of the spots i really like, but if you can fish deeper water you can definetly have some success right now. Theres been a lot of huge fish come from the Chick/Harrison area this year. Therss a 9.9 lb posted today. It would be well worth your drive to fish there. But like i said, i havent ever fished around Dayton so i cant really compare them for you. Good luck!!
