If your on the east side of the river (HWY58 Side) I would try Harrison Bay State Park. You have access to the main channel as well as several spawning sloughs if you are willing to walk a ways. Also Booker T Washington State Park hassomeexcellent access tp good fishing areas. If you are on the west side of the river (Hixson Pike) you should try Chester Frost Park. Good fishing pier and the entire rear of the bay is accessible if you park at the main office and walk. The tailwaters are good just about anywhere you can get to the river and with the Riverwalk it gives you a great deal of access to the water. Good Luck!

Cant help a lot with the LM any more than what was already out but,,,

Bank fishing at Marion County park should be pretty good this time of year. Take interstate 24 west about 20 minutes to Lake Nickajack. Go over the lake and take the first exit followed by three right turns and you will be there.
