So I have been on the phone with Humminbird for almost 3 hours trying to get my lakemaster 2.0 card to load on my 797 c2 Humminbird unit. I was running Navionics with no trouble at all, but I have always wanted the lakemaster mapping. I downloaded the update to 3 different sd cards and tried to use them in my 797 and none of the cards would ever prompt the update and the lakemaster card will not prompt or load charts at all. Humminbird told me my last options would be to buy a cable for 50 bucks and I could install it directly from the pc to the 797 or I could send it in and I would be charged 68 bucks and that it's not a guarantee. If none of these options work, they would have to send me a whole different unit and that would be around $250. So I'm just kinda stuck and not sure what to do. </p>

Does anyone have the cable to directly hook up to the computer I could borrow, or has anyone had this problem also and figured out a solution? I thought b/c Lakemaster is only forhumminbird it would be an easier process.</p>
