Help with hummingbird *1197

i just recently got a hummingbird 1197 and i was trying to figure out how to load my waypoints from my lowrance to the hummingbird 1197. Any help would be great thanks..

Im not famaliar with the Hummingbird, but I would think its the same as Lowrance. You will have to 'save' your waypoints onto a memory disk like what is in a camera, and then insert it into the Hummingbird and 'transfer' the data onto it.

yeah thats what i thought but they wont show up.i think you have to change some kind of file. but i cant figure it out
