Help with onix

Just installed a new to me onix si 10. I am having a problem getting the depth to show. Was wondering if anyone is running one of these that I can try it on there boat to see if something is wrong with the transducer or not. The unit recognizes the transducer is there. But imaging is not right and depth does not show.

I think solix set up will work to test it as well. I am sure some others on here will know forsure

Takes same power cord and transducer as a solix. So if anyone will just let me plug it into their boat so I will know if it is the head unit or ducer for fact pls let me know.
