Help!!!

Our home was flooded Sunday night, our hot water heater and central air is shot. Me my wife and two children have been sleeping in an 85 degree room. I had an ac unit in the garage so I put it in the family room and it's also shot. I'm not asking for a hand out, just need a spare air unit for the window. I don't care what it looks like as long as it blows cold air! I have cash, but don't need a new unit from walmart, in the red bank area. 423/718/9756 thanks
