I wish I could say that we tried something new or discovered a hidden honey-hole, but Saturday was identical to the last two weekends. We anchored at the mouth of Roger's Creek in about 18' and spent the entire afternoon there. The only difference from the last outing is that this spot has recently become the melting pot of the fish kingdom. On any given cast with the same lure (Mann's 4-, 1/4oz Booyah spinnerbait, Berkley Blade Dancer) you might hook up with a spot, LM, white, or giant crappie depending on the depth/speed of the retrieve. With only three over 15", it was an afternoon of quantity rather than quality...but it kept our mind off the coldemoTongue .
