all you need is a good buffer and 3-m micro finishing compound and finness with a good wool pad

How bad are they? Its amazing what one can do in weeked. Also Harbor Frieght has a buffer on sale for $30

I wet sanded before I compunded and buffed because mine was pretty bad and its a 22 year old boat.

i get mine at glenns automotive paint supplies 423-756-8801 also that is a good buy in a buffer at harbor frieght it is a variable speed
