Johnny, I noticed an update on local law enforcement at the scene? Can you update the guys here on the progress.
Thanks!

the truck that hit this family also hit another vehicle.it is believed to be a silver or grayish color possibly a ford.it was driven by a female that was on her cell phone.there was a 14 year old in the family car that was hurt but it didnt show up right away .she had been to the hospital on three different occasions due to this accident and then on thursday she was addmitted to a hospital where she passed away earlier friday morning. you folks be praying for the family of stacy and brenda filyaw on the lose of their only daughter

That is just awful to hear. I certainly hope the person who recklessly took that young life is found.... Ideally for the driver who fled the scene, she should dwell on her actions until she has to come forward to shed herself of the tremendous grief.

ok folks i thank yall for the prayers for this family and as of today the driver of the truck was located and charged as a hit and run which is not a felony but when the autopsy report comes back im sure those charges will change.nothing like the use of a forum and facebook to get info out.

It's a shame that people are so self centered to endanger other's lives so they can be on the "social network"
I've posted before about my absolute HATE toward people that just can't live without being "in touch" even if it means endangering others while driving!
I hope I live to see numerous prosecutions with STIFF penalties (not a $100 fine) for anyone. breaking this law! emoBang
My prayers go out to the innocent victims.
