this morning me and lbuck30 finally got to get out and try a little crappie fishing together....after posting all the crappie i had been catching...he was all fired up and ready to go...we went to where i had caught fish this past thurs. figuring they might still be there....it was tuff...i think we caught 3 or 4 keepers in there....i was sorta wandering where they had gone...water was up and a little dingy...after trying a few places ..we finally got on them...we wound up with 25 keepers....few on grubs......but most came on minnows in 7 to 10 foot of water around brush....this is the earliest i have ever tried this place where they were caught.....its usually one of my summertime holes where you can sit and just wear them out....here are a few pics.
