Go Blue- I believe I spoke to you the other day on the phone, but am not positive. Anyway, im not interested in leasing it.
Greenhead- I closed on the property yesterday and Hell didnt freeze over so I think im good to go.
FoodSaver- Im asking $185,000 for the house with room to negotiate. Ill make All you CFF'ers this offer though. Ill sell the house for $192,000 and GIVE you my 2005 Skeeter fish and ski. Its also on this forum for sale. According to NADA the boat is worth about $17,000 without the 2 GPS units I put on it.
