HOLY MONSTER BUCK!!!! What a way to start the 2016 year!!!! 12 point with 159 inches of horn!!!

Good Lord talk about living right. The KY bow season started yesterday. Churly and his buddy Landon Mason went up there yesterday evening. They went out for the first time this year and set up on a couple stands. Churly said he had hardly gotten settled in the stand when Landon called all excited and could hardly talk. Churly thought something was wrong, thought he may have fallen out of the stand. emoBigsmile Took him a minute before he realized Landon had shot a monster. They had a couple of pictures of this buck on trail cams but were not sure if it was still around. It walked up on Landon right after he had gotten in the stand within ten minutes of him getting in it. It came up within 15 yards and Landon made a perfect shot. Here are some pictures of it. We never got daylight pics of this deer and he showed his self on cam Friday night. Landon and 2 of our buddies set up outside of his bedding area and we still can't believe he was moving 2 hours before dark on day 1. It was a great weekend in the woods for sure when you can send a buddy home with his best bow buck ever!
