I am putting my home up for sale.it is a 1500+ sq ft home with a garage and a swim or bass pool.the house has 3 bdrms 2 bath elec heat pump air combo.has hardwood floors and in ground sprinkler system.nice yard and it is on level ground and no stairs.+ extra parking and 2 out bldgs 1 is a pool room with bathroom.asking $137.500.apraised much higher.
