Hot foot cable question....

I am needing to replace my hot foot cable, but I'm needing to know the length of the cable I need. How do I find out how long of a cable I will need. I've been told it says the length on each cable, but I have no idea where to look. Anyone know?

It will be imprinted on it. It can simply say 14 ft or be in inches. If you go ahead and pull the cable you should be able to see it with no problem.
