im not sure but from what i got from his comment is that he appraised my house for 80,000 from 2 hours away and thru one picture of the outside. i might be wrong but that is how i took it.

yea i usually get annoyed quickly and call people morons when they have responses like that. but oh well some people just have to have something to say. whether it makes them look dumb or not. and you are right shsimons soddy is a great place to live. only reason we are selling is cause we came into some land somewhere else in soddy and we are going to build a house.

I haven't checked the map on this one but it would more than likely qualify for 100% USDA financing with no PMI. Payments would basically be less than rent. Total payment, including tax and insurance shouldn't be any more than $761 and that is crazy low.

I will pass it along to some of my buyers to see if they might be interested.

wow davo. you are almost dead on. my payment is 775 a month and that was 2 years ago when i bought it and had a little bit higher interest rate. with the lower interest rates, it might be even lower. and i did the 100% financing so im sure it would still qualify. just email me if you or anybody you know is interested and i can send more pictures.
