Hover round wheel chair

This chair is in great condition! It belongs to my mother and has only been sat in a few times around the insde of the house. She no longer needs it. She left the switch on and after about a year and a half was going to move it to another room. tried to charge the old batteries and they won't hold a charge. It is a super nice chair but needs new batteries. She will take $400.00 or $700.00 if she buy's the new batteries. This is not one of the little cheap models.
