How bad things begin

I have a neighbor I lovingly named "Meth Head" Swears like a sailor at her kids (ages 6-11) Calls her youngest daughter a little bitch when she mis-behaves.
I've talked to Child services about this situation and they need a child to get hurt or something similar before they want to intervene.
It seems her 11 yr old son was fond of this girl in his class and was adorning her with posters he had made of her and she pretty much rejected him (and the posters)
Well, he comes home all upset and crying to his mother about it. Her solution-take him out back and let him shoot the posters of her up with a 22!
How's this kid gonna use this valuable parenting in the future?!

Actually I would bet that kid will be a thief and a drug head but absolutely not a mass killer. He is as far as you can get from the very obvious profile of the Kids who shoot for the attention and as they attempt their planned suicide.. There is a Profile of ALL the mass shooters. No one seems to see it... not even dr phil.
