How do you post pictures here?

I built a rod for skeeter07's wife and have tried several times to post pictues of it. Can someone tell me how to do it? I have changed the dpi's to 72 which is the lowest option and have checked the compress photo option as well. I keep getting a error message that the photo has to be under 100kb. How do you get a photo compressed more that what i am doing?
