Rig and work a fluke?

My brother N Law and I both have just started using these soft plastics. He T-Rigs his weight and all and does pretty well. I go weightless and use it more like a jerk bait and do pretty well. I've also heard of some "whacky" rigging it and prefer it that way. So how do you do it?

Weightless with a 3/0 EWG Owner hook. The Owners are a bit heavier than the Gammies so they sink a bit faster. Like a trick worm, this is a great lure around laydowns, rip-rap, docks, and grass. Can be VERY effective on a Carolina rig too.
