So, it's winter time and it is raining, you go fishing and get Everything Wet. How does everyone else go about drying the carpet and inside of your boat out overnight?

Currently, I just park the boat in the garage, raise the front end up with the trailer jack, and put a couple of fans inside the boat(on high), and open all the compartment lids. This works OK, but not overnight. I am looking for some other options. Anybody have a better solution?

You could install about a 5 ton heat pump in the garage and set the thermostat to about 80 with the fans going it should be dry overnight.emoLaugh All kidding aside you are doing about the best you can do in this weather.

Tempting, very tempting, Then all I would need is a toilet and I could live in the garage. My wife may like this idea.

Well guys and gals, I successfully dried the entire boat, including the carpet, overnight. The process actually was quite simple but not reccommended for all.
The process was very simple requiring only two working parts;
1. Hairdryer
2. Wife

I had my wife use her hairdryer last night to blow dry the entire boat. I think she actually enjoyed the cool evening in the garage with the cat.

You got a good woman! There is no way mine would have done that for me, she wouldn't even have let me use the hair dryer . :)

If you do all that your wife might be tempted, (INSIST), on your staying in the garage because of the increase in the utility bill, emoSmile emoBigsmile
