I upgraded last year but didnt like the phone so I went back to my Blackberry. My buddy used the Eris till he could upgrade. Phone comes with box and all accesories that came with it. There is a small nic on the top of it. I tried to pic it but its so small I couldnt get a good pic of it...... $100.00</p>
