Hummingbird depth finder ?

Yet another problem arising from out of no where, I have got a Hummingbid wide one up by the trolling motor, and recently the display and everything works and it scrolls, but its not charting the bottom or giving depth, so is this a bad transducer or what could be the deal here. thanks

Could be a bad wire to/from the transducer? I had issues with the same thing last night.

I just about guarantee it is either the transducer or the cable to the transducer. Either way you will need a new transducer as the cable is made into the unit.

Thanks guys, thats what I figured it was. Where is a good place to get one online. I was looking at getting one that had the depth/water temp together.

ebay is prob best place .. cheapest Ive gotten several for older models that cost 10-20 dollars.. new was 70 -100
