hunting clear cuts/ lesson learned!!

I have killed about 112 Bucks and I killed one yesterday in a clear cut. I thought it would be Great to shoot one way out there. It didn't take long til I got my chance. I saw a buck way out there 100 to150 yds. I turned my scope up and stood up and made the shot. The deer hit the ground as soon as I shot!!! I was all excited and said "Thank You Lord. The lesson learned was I had to walk 150 yds. in briars and then drag the deer out through them!!!!! I was bloody all over!!! I will have me a machetti, sling balde or something if I ever hunt in an area like that again!!!

Ha Ha That is where I hunt 90% of the time... See My Wall. Then look at my arms and ripped off Pants. I have a Tripod in a clear-cut where I can see further than I can shoot. I love it...
