Hunting lease, Last minute 1st time ever property. Hurry

I have 500 acres of land of 1^st rate deer hunting property. I know it is late in the bow season so the cost is ridiculously low. The property is next to the lease I advertised last year for $1,000.00 per head. That lease is full. This land is on Cagle Mountain off 111 Hwy. It is mostly clear cut with a large area of white oaks loaded with acorns. If you want to see what is on the property, I will show to you my collection of racks. Rocky River and Sample’s Fork gulfs are very near the property. That is where the big boys hold up until rut. I have hunted that area for fifteen years and could not count the numbers of 8pntrs I have let walk. I have already seen big bucks on the property, one of which looked to be a 160 B&C minimum. I am looking for the first eight(8) ethical and courteous Buck hunters. The cost for the season is $250.00 per head. If I get a good response I may can lower the cost a wee bit.</p>

Forget this..... The owner has given permission to some real jerks from extreme east TN who are trying to take over. I know this bunch and they shoot every thing that moves. They claim to have killed 55+ deer two years ago on the adjacent property. The number has to be much higher if you count the ones they did not try to find and the does killed on buck only hunts. I found five dead deer of just a fraction of the land next to their area. They were ran off last year from the property, but "They are back" next door to it. The owner has no idea what they have done to the rest of us and the declining deer population in the area thanks to that slaughter crew. Maybe nest year????

sounds like to me Shawn Edgeman needs to visit this peace of land just to be seen and let them know if they are caught shooting does in buck only season they could go to jail with a big fine. I hate it when people like that call themselfs hunters. That is not what hunting is all about. I would call them killers not hunters.

I'm all about taking kids hunting and fishing, however this bunch brings about five kids from 10 to 16 and turns them loose. They trespass, steal tree stands, shoot on the roads and will kill anything without control. One kid claimed to me that he had just killed three bucks but could not find them because they ran off. I found a dead 18 1/4" wide four pntr the nest day in the area. I told his dad and his dad informed me that it was not my business. Go figure... What kind of "hunters" are these kids going to be? The Game warden in the county does know. That is why they were ran off and lost their lease last year. They are back next property over.

is this land in the cherry branch area off of 399? if so i'm leasing around 1300+ acres and dont need or wont these guys for neighbors may get ugly! emoHoppingmad emoProtest but if you have any other leads on qdm property in that area please share, would like to get on one that is accomplished and practices it. emoThanks
