Some of you guys may have seen some of the bucks and racks that I have posted on CFF. That should speak for itself. This is the first year that the property owner where I hunt is opening it up to a select few(Six members limit). We need only two more members.

This area is on Cagle Mtn near the entrance to Fall Creek Falls Park. It is at the head of Samples Fork Gulf that ties into the hugh Rocky River Gorge. That entire area is just about impossible to access due to it's size and lack of trails. This areais where the big boys who live in there come out to flirk with the Girls. If you want to get a chance at a true trophy buck you need to get into this lease. There are a little less that 1000 acres on this area but all areas has excellent huntings. It is mostly flat with rolling hills and ridges. It is a quail farm with abundant plantedfields and patches of big woods. There are several ponds and creeks on the property for water. The area is loaded with oaks that seen to always have acorns even in the bad years like last year.

The owner lives on the front of the property at the entrance. Therefore folks do not just wander in. There is a lodge where you can leave your 4-wheeler inside if you like to avoid having to haul it back and forth. There are bunk beds, kitchen, living room where you are welcome to bring your family. There are ponds where you may fish as well. The lease also includes the right to hunt Turkeys in season. Just do not shoot the owners quail!!!

The rules are set upto give you your own private area where you will not be disturbed. Plus you may hunt all areasless the other member's private stands. With their permission then you may even hunt their stands. "Simple".

The cost for this lease is $1,000.--. That seems higher than most leases you see, but You get what you pay for. The minimal membership number and the features of this property makes it well worth the price.

If you want to discuss this property or go see it just give me a call.

Please call me if you whan to hunt where I can assure you that you will see some awesome bucks and bunches of good eight pointers.
