I know this is kinda late but we have been waiting on people that have been on our lease before but havent signed up and now were scrambling trying to fill it up, if anybodys interested theres 4000 acres of the lease and its mixed with bow water pine creekbottoms and hardwoods, its located in grundy county and the cost is 300 per person if interestd call 931-235-4743 weve had the lease for about 12 years and want to keep it going.

What area of Grundy? Near what community or roads intersection. Mtnside, bluffs or flat? How many do you need and what is the total number of members?

its in coalmont and part of altamont no buck rules biggest part of people on it let the small ones go theres about 40 people on it now theres three gates entering it.

is it 300 for a year starting when you pay? Or just for this deer season? What about turkey? Would it be that same cost for following years?
