We still need 2 members for our 800 acre lease in Van Buren County close to Fall Creek Falls State Park. $1000 membership. Fishing, camping, ATV trails, and overnight accomodations for year round use. Food plots, ponds, creeks...great deer habitat! Owner set up property for quail hunting. Recent deer cam pics show promise of great season. 3 deer taken over 120 last year. Contact George for a last minute tour and pics...thanks!

How many menbers are their, Is the 800 acers open to every one? Does some menbers take over some areas, expect you to stay out?

Hello,
The owner wants 7 members...we have 5 right now. Each member gets 2 private stand locations - 400 yd. circles. The rest of the lease is open to any member. We have 3 from GA. and this helps them feel like they can count on their areas when they come up. This has also kept the pressure to a minimum which has made for great rut activity throughout the lease. There are about 9 great private stand locations still available where deer have been taken in the past. I have personally hunted each and have taken deer there or had several sightings. It looks like a great season awaits us...I personally have 27 different bucks on my trail cam...4-5 shooters and about a dozen decent deer that would be great for my grandson. We took a 120, a 130, and a 140+ last season. Thanks for your interest...George

I dont know George, but I know the area. If you really want a chance at a BIG deer in TN, the properties around FCF park is killer. If I still cared about shooting big deer, I would be up there checking this place out.

I am not into paying that much for part of the 800 acres, the fair way to run the deer lease is. Every one hunts where they want to and if two people want to go to the same area they flip a coin, if 3 or more want the same area you draw straws. If every one pays the same amount of money they should have the same wrights to hunt the entire 800 acres? If some members dont do as much work, they should pay more for seed cost and expences. I am intrested if the land is really open 800 acres? I know the land is very very good deer hunting, but 1000 dollars is alot. I never hunt more than 2 hunts per area, then move to keep my sent down. I killed my biggest bucks hunting around areas we have corned up or made food plots in the summer and the deer are comming in. But when the season begains and the area gets hunted three or four times, the bigger bucks just go around these areas but still come through them.
