i need custom metal rod work

can anyone or does anyone know someone who can make me a metal rod with a loop or hole at each end (holes that are fixed and wont move) i need it to be about 5 feet 3in it doesn't need to be real thick. if anyone can help me out id really appreciate it.

Lowe's or Home Depot. Some all thread rod, two eye bolts and some rod couplings and a hacksaw. You can make it.
