I pilot question

I had to buy a new remote for my ipilot and cant remember how to get the i pilot to learn the remote....Does anyone know how? NEVER MIND< FOUND IT....

The top of the I-Pilot controller has a single remote learn button.
Power up the trolling motor.
Push and hold down the learn button.
You will hear a steady audio tone while holding the button down.
With the remote being OFF.
(Remote can be turned off by pressing and holding the Pause button for three seconds.)
Push any button on the remote to be programmed.
Three beeps will be heard when the remote is successfully learned.

Do either of you ever have any problems with the Spot Lock function where it will start spinning around and around until it has the cords so tight you think they're gonna snap and then it'll turn off?

I've been having that issue.

Yes when i first got mine thats what it would do take off when you pushed the button found out that the button was sticking they replaced it with no questions ask been working fine since Hope this Help
