I agree I really think he helps bring kids into the sport. So what if he hollers and screams I would probably act the same way if I was winning that kind of money.

every body thaught that michael jackson was good for the kids to but look what he did but i guess we need to teach our kids to scream yell and headbutt the windshield on our boats act like something gone stupid then i guess they will grow up to be leaders of our country or in ikes case a gang

Ok..the guy does get a bit nutts and even as a jokester myself

It was nice for Ike to do what he did but he's a bit hard to swallow much of the time. He's just really self promoting. He's a really good fisherman though and if you read his book there is some really great info in it. He is a bright guy when it comes to fishing that's for sure. I hope that he get's his life in order one of these days. I'll bet that he's a pretty nice guy in person.

my daugter got to meet ike at a bass tx at guntersville several years ago and he was real nice to speak with, but he does get on my nerves watching him on tv.

He can be fun to watch, and admit it we have all had times we wanted to scream and break things, and times of screaming like a girl happy when that 8lb er stayed on. But anybody who can get kids excited about the outdoors, I can learn to tolerate.emoDance emoHoppingmad .It's all in the timing.

Ike used to beat the snot out of me years ago in local tournaments in New Jersey. The few times I spoke with him, he was exceedingly nice as well as helpful. No doubt about it though, he redefines "intensity". It is that intensity that keeps him at the top of his game.
