A lady from lousiana gave me this recipe years ago, and most of the folks i've given it to love it. But like all things, some will and some won't. But i'm as country as my belly tells me I am. Some of you have probably tried these. Cook about 2 lbs. of hamburger with 1 large onion and 1 large bell pepper not cut to fine and then drain the grease and add a couple cans of cream of mushroom soup and then add 5 or 6 can's of lucks pinto's, let simmer till onions and bell pepper are tender. And then a big skillet of cornbread or my favorite which is good ol! crackling bread. and as with all recipes you can spice it up with what ever sounds good, you add more to make more and pass some along. Here's to filling the belly and good fishing.
