Info on the CFF tomorrow

I was wondering if i could fish in the morning i was reading the rules and i do not have enough post but it said you got two free passes. I am friends with churly and he told me that i could get on here and asked tal a few questions. So can i fish and i seen where you supposed to bring some kind of signed letter or something i do not have a printer. Thanks for any help.

do you have a partner that has the 150 post, the 150 post if combined for the boat I think. if you have a boat , maybe you can get a back seater with the required post. Is this correct moderators?
