Hey fellas... well last night I was going to go with a guy here from CFF and go fishing early in the morning...and I tried everything. I suffer from Insomnia and I can't get to bed around 4:30-5:00am and obviously I miss good morning fishing. Here is the problem..not enough $$ to go to the doc so I tried O-T-C Melatonin, I tried teas, I tried turning down the AC to 60 degrees, I tried 150 pushups to tire myself out, I tried watching movies, I tried listening to meditation mp3s...nothing works. Anyone here have past or present expierences with Insomnia that they were able to overcome? I really regret missing out on all these opportunities...i've been fishing for the past 3 weeks but I only go in the evenings thanks to my problem. I'm looking for a natural kind of way to get better sleep...I try to stay away from 21st century pills and doctors so if any of you know a good way to fall asleep let me know please! I also tried a tsp. of honey and nothing. I don't drink caffeine either, only water and juice. emoBang
