Installing Jackplate on Stratos 282

Need some information. When installing jackplate how tight to you tighten the mounting bolts to boat and to motor, any body know the torque specs ?

Any other information you may have as well, this will be my first one i've done.

its 55 pounds for bolts to transom
85 pounds for motor to jack plate
