When Diane and I got married, we moved everything of mine over to State Farm. Larry Sharp is our agent. Great company and a great guy.

Why ... I've been a customer of AllState since 1978 ... GOSH I'm getting old ... anyway ... IF I were to switch .. would you give me the secret hole info???? All 4?

If so .. I might entertain the notion. :)

TT

I too had State Farm since i was 16. When we got married my wife was with Allstate and wanted me to change to them. I dont know if it was my agent or what but Allstate saved us over 1/4 of the State Farm price.

Lamar, Dose each agent set his own prices?

I certainly feel obligated to take all of my customers to any and all secret holes. Business trips at the Riverpark, etc.

Skeeter, State Farm prices are set by the company, NOT the agent. State Farm has some underwriting criteria that can be a little different and can affect the premium. Sometimes we see AllState less expensive and sometime we are quite a bit less. Just depends on the individual situation.

See ya.

Do you cover new 68x28 manufactured homes ? We had State Farm homeowners untill we sold our house couple months ago, we have all our cars and boat covered by state farm. We are getting our home setup with in a couple weeks. Dan Danks was our agent until he retired, we dont much care for the new agent that took over for him

BigFish, we do offer coverage for Manufactured homes. Just give me a call at the office at 847-3881 and I will be glad to do some pricing for you. Also if you are unhappy with your agent you may at anytime move your business to another agent. Our office is on Hixson Pike at Dallas Bay and we would be happy to service your account.
Thanks,

Lamar Clark

Get what ya pay for. I have been with State Farm 27+ years, and at times felt that they were a bit high, but they have always took care of my claims as well as represented me (when needed) in a very timely manner.

Obligated to take clients to ALL secret holes!!! Huh ... I'm certainly going to think about that!

I have a car, truck and house. Currently paying out about $2,000.00 a year in insurance. Is that worth the effort of switching to get secret hole info?? I'm thinking ... yep.

That's great to hear Wormhook. I too have used State Farm since I was 16 with never, ever a claims problem or question, and that's why we pay premiums.

TT, insurance or not, I will be happy to show you the secret holes this year. We may just try to take a member with us on some of the trips, provided they are blinfolded and spun up really good before getting out of the car.emoLaugh
