If you have never tried this spice blend That I came up with, you can not imagine what you have been missing...

It takes equal parts of four dry spices. Measure out equal parts of Cumin,Oregano, Thyme and Smoked Paprika or just Paprika. Mix them all together and put into a shaker for use.

Use on Pork, Venison, Chicken and Fish. It can be used on all the above meats in any manner you desire to prepare it. As soon as you smell it cooking you will know what I am talking about. The Cumin provides your salt taste so you will not have to use salt. I do add salt to chicken if I chose to Fry it.

For a real treat I will add a fifth spice to the blend when I grill Fish. Add an equal portion of ground CayennePepper to the blend. Coat the fish with EVO then lightly spice the fish and put it on your hot grill. Do you like "blackened Fish? Add a little extra amount of this spice blend with the pepper. EVO your fish and preheat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over your outdoor grill.

Friedpotatoes, Veggies and soups come alive with this blend.

Trust me here that it only takes a veryminimalsprinkling of this spice blend to get the job done.

Try this and give some feedback...
