"I am working with the Wildlife Commission and TWRA to implement a license and inspection on all tournaments that happen on Chickamauga. Each organization whether its a large organization or a small dogfight would have to have a permit they purchase from the state and have their release equipment inspected by TWRA. Will this happen who knows but I think it needs to. We have to many tournaments on Chick every single week with very few tournaments having the proper fish care equipment to ensure a low casualty rate amongst the live fish weighed in."</p>

Freaking kills me. Wanna help fish in the summer...stop hooking them..ban 3 months out the year for all tournaments!

I am still a fan of the major league fishing thing...may cost everyone $5 more per tournament, but it gets the fish back in the water quick.
