This Saturday the CBA will be hosting its last open tournament of the 2013 season. As always the tournament will be hosted out of Chester Frost Park and tournament hours are safe-light until 4PM. We welcome everyone to come out and fish with us as this is an open format tournament. Sign-up locations are Soddy Custom Tackle, Hamilton's Sport Shop, Nichols Marine, and Chattanooga Fish-N-Fun. The sign-up boxes are currently at the locations. Sing-ups will end at 6PM Friday evening, and 1st place is $2,000.00 GUARANTEED and we pay out 1 place for every 5 paid entries.

This will be the last tournament to qualify for the year end classic so any teams out there that have only fished 6 tournament months make sure and fish this one in order to qualify for the classic, and have a chance to win $10,000 in the classic.

I would also like to thank James Milling for his continued sponsorship of the CBA, and please support James and all of our sponsors every opportunity that you get!

On a different note our thoughts and prayers go out to Buddy Gross and his entire family as Buddy's father passed away over the weekend. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Anyone that is interested the visitation will be Tuesday from 1-8 and then the funeral is at 2PM on Wednesday at Heritage Funeral Home in Ft. Oglethorpe.

I look forward to seeing a good turn-out on Saturday for our last open tournament of the season!

I was sorry to hear ofBuddy's loss. I met Mr. Grossrecently and enjoyed chatting with him...very likeable fellow.

Really hate to hear that about Buddy's father. Prayers are with their family.

Let's start a prediction. I am calling it that the Frazier duo blast everyone off and blast off last and win it with 23.5!

My prediction is we will beat you! emoAngel

Ha! I don't know about that... Not to confident going into this one...

I think Brad and Tree are going to take this one with 22.60

haha you are the most dangerous when you are not on anything. Never fails when you find then something goes wrong haha. I predict I have 11 pounds lol

Very true Dusty... The best day I have ever had in my life was the day before the February CBA when I had roughly 38# and then caught 2 fish that weighed 11 in the tourney... Lol!

I predict Derek will carry Jmax to victory.

emoUpsmile I hope so, I will work on my net skills catching the dog, I sure can't find any bass to work on. emoBigsmile Jmax

I am going with Greg Lamb and Mark Heatherly. They kick butt this time of year, but I want to win one of these dang tourney. Me and Dad have fished CBA for 2 years now talk about it all the time. We just cannot seal the deal, been close a number of times just can't get that winning bag. Maybe God will bless us with a win one of these days

I would love to go with one of them or both also. emoTongue Greg is hard to beat in the Fall, whatever he does works and I have seen him do it for three Fall seasons now. emoWorthy Jmax

Rogie isn't fishing the CBA, he's fishing the Skeeter tournament out of Dayton. I'm fishing this one solo!

Whose gonna run the dock with you gone? Lol.

He's got those women trained Justin.......NO discounts, no credit !!! LOL

Well they did a heck of a job last weekend. I never imagined a 380 boat tourney going as smooth as it did. And those girls fixed me up one heck of a burger to enjoy while we watched the weigh in.

I bet there would be a line waiting to partner up with you if you were looking to fill that back seat. ;) Jmax
