Prepair 8 eggs, 2tsp of butter, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 2 cups of colby monterey cheese and mix in a bowl. Blend it in a 9x13 baking dish with your Jaymbalya. Add a layer of parmesan cheese on top and cook for 30 minutes at 350. About 10 servings. Enjoy!
