Took my daughter(40 yr old mother of my granddaughter) fishing with me Sunday morning. We started about 6:30 in calm waters trying the top water plugs. She had me down 3-0 with a pop-r - I tried everything but the pop-r. We finally switched over to a wacky worm and started to catch more fish in about 8 fow. all the fish were less than two pounds except the last one I caught which went 4lbs 4 ounces. Had a really good time with my daughter and I think she enjoyed it - last time we went she bought a one day permit, this time she bought a regular license....I think she's hooked. We wound up with 13 total and I barely edged her out 7-6. One more trip and she will be kicking my butt....I sure hope so!
