Jerry Malone passed away ...

I just wanted to let everyone know in case they didn't see the thread by Papaw Rangerman. We lost Jerry at about 5 pm this afternoon.

That's sad, Earl. He was an entertaining guy and I loved hearing your stories about fishing with him. He just beat cancer a couple years ago.

It's been a tough year for me with my fishing buddies. My Dad and I lost a great friend and fishing partner Roger Hicks that lived up on Sand Mountain just a few months back. Then June 16th I lost my Dad and now today Jerry is gone. All three were great outdoorsmen, fisherman and taught me a lot. I'll miss them all. RIP Jerry.
