Everyone please keep Jerry in your prayers as well as his Family. I was told today that he was in the ER and the tumers were increasing in size in his head. He has fought hard over the last few years so lets pray that he can continue his fight. If you don't know Jerry personally you probably know someone that does.

It's not good. I talked with his wife Carmen this morning. Jerry went back home from the ER and said he wasn't going to take anymore treatments. This down turn was very sudden. He had Larry Hughes to drive him to visit with me last Thursday at the funeral home after my Father past away on Tuesday. The family is going to meet with Hospice tomorrow to set up in home care.

What a gallant soldier Jerry has been for so many years...I cant say that I blame him for wanting to go home to ride it out...His famous Beulah Jigs are a local trademark and have caught innumerous largemouth bass for all us guys that know him...he is in a good place. love you Jerry, the maddog
