I went out for a few hours today hunting some big cats. I had no skipjack so I had to cast net some shad. It was a very hard morning for me trying to cast net some shad. I only managed two threadfins. I anchored at a familiar spot downstream and caught a nice 4 lb Blue cat. I then hit another familiar spot and caught three Blue cats - a 40 lber, 14 lber, and a small one probably between 3-4 lbs. After catching the big one I decided to call it quits and end on a big fish.
