Jmax and 20ssextreme the nick prefishing. 10/6/2006

Me and 20ss got out on the Nick today and did a little prefishing. Man,...the wind about blew us away.emoBang Saw stumpjumper and was seen by tarheel and cutthroat. It was slow today and a hard bite for us. We did manage to boat 15 bass in all and missed several others. All the fish we caught on artificial baits, the location was in the water, and every fish was hooked in the mouth.emoBigsmile We caught fish on top water, the middle of the water and on the bottom so the pattern is still out on what to use. Looking forward to seeing everyone in the morning.emoCool Jmax

Saw Jmax and 20 SS Extreme in the mean green machine at Nickajack today. Hey Jmax, Cutthroat's reel started squeaking and he had that thing taken apart, oiled and back together in about 10 seconds. I told him that you usually just dip yours in the water and it works fine for the rest of the day.emoPoke emoLaugh I have to work again this weekend so I will miss the Nickajack tournament but am looking forward to CFF Weiss in November.emoHungry

Yep, had to do it today on two of my reels. I am afraid if I get all the junk off of them and clean them they will fall apart.emoLaugh They are so old that is the only thing still holding them together.emoBigsmile Jmax

Wish I could fish this one my stiches in finger make it a tad hard to hold the rod ... tried today for a little hit my finger several times .. and OUCH that hurt hopefully the next I will be at !

Hey Jmax , my son and I were in the Tracker in front of you in that one slew . The wind was bad so we left after we went over to the cave. Was too much for us . It's suppose to be good in the morning. We also saw cutthroat , not been on here long , but it's good to start knowing others.

I hope that everyone has a great time at the tournament. Still looking for the 20+lb stringer, tomorrow may be the day. Jmax, it was great to see you on the water yesterday!
