Sounds great Jmax... I made some deer chili last night as well. I'm a bean fan so here's what I did.</p>

</p>

1 lb lean ground venison
1 can Great Northern Beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can chickpeas
2 cans diced tomato w/ jalapeno
14 oz low sodium chicken broth
1 large onion
2 table spoons of olive oil
a healthy (mine is big) scoop of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper</p>

</p>

Saute finely chopped onion in the olive oil
brown lean venison burger
combine all other ingredients
bring to boil
cover and simmer for 20 minutes</p>

ENJOY, if you like it HOT</p>
 
P.S. Make sure you drain the bean juice, all it is salt and will make the chili too soupy and salty. Rinse with water.
 
You guys ever use chocolate in your chilli? I usually put a whole hershey bar in mine.
 
Bprice with that many beans in your chili it is no wonder you keep running off the women folk. emoPoke ..... emoEvil Jmax
