Sounds great Jmax... I made some deer chili last night as well. I'm a bean fan so here's what I did.</p>
</p>
1 lb lean ground venison
1 can Great Northern Beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can chickpeas
2 cans diced tomato w/ jalapeno
14 oz low sodium chicken broth
1 large onion
2 table spoons of olive oil
a healthy (mine is big) scoop of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper</p>

Saute finely chopped onion in the olive oil
brown lean venison burger
combine all other ingredients
bring to boil
cover and simmer for 20 minutes</p>
ENJOY, if you like it HOT</p>
