Colchester, Vermont-Lake Champlain International, Inc. (LCI) is pleased to announce Jolley Convenience Stores will return as a Principal Sponsor of the 28th Annual LCI Father's Day Fishing Derby. The nearly 30-year old family-oriented derby draws more than 5,500 people from more than 30 states for the weekend.</p>

Thank goodness...........I haven't been able to sleep for weeks worrying whether Larry down at Jolley's would come through for us. Every year is the same old story too, ol' Larry waits for someone to beg him to be a sponsor then he'll finally give in. Now, Ol' Larry's daddy, he used to be the businessman of the family. He was always dependable, but his son is more of a slacker. You used to be able to go into Jolley's everytime and they'd have everthing you needed....now a days you get the usual "we can order it" bit everytime you ask about something you can't find on the partially stocked shelves. Oh well, I guess that's how he get's his Jolley's off............
