Jon boat modifications

Anyone know of previous threads related to Jon boat modification projects? I have access to a older 14 ft boat with trailer and I would like to get it back into shape for general fishing on Chickamauga.

What exactly are you wanting to do?

Start simple, get it cleaned up, leak test, paint, build install floor panels, wiring pumps and lighting, getting the trailer hubs greased, trailer lighting, etc. Then install carpet, seating, trolling motor. Not really interested in adding more deck space. Just fix it up some.

Look back though the threads in this part of the forum I posted some pics from a job a guy did on an old jon boat and it was just outstanding.
