Dang!! I can't stop for 5 min. without being caught!. I don't know how in the world WHEN has kept his secret hole a secret from youemoScratch
Actually, I just stopped to see if anyone else was doing any good. I have talked to the gentlemen that was parked there in front of me several of times and I thought I'd see if he was doing any catching. I was there about 10 min. and during that time, he didn't even get a tap. The bait fish have appeared to be moving on back in the creek. It won't be long before us land locked folks may be able to catch a few from the bank (around structure).
I haven't been fishing in 3 to 4 weeks, our family is kind of going through a few things and it appears it may be a while before I can get back to fishing. Believe me it really sux, Fishing is my escape and even being land locked I sure can find peace while fishing.
I was thinking yesterday, I need to get you your two poles. Give me a call and I will bring them to you .
By the way.......Thanks for keeping and eye on me!

Well sorry you didn't really go fishing .. when I saw your car by the bridge I thought FOR SURE you were down there catching some whoppers on MY poles!!! I have noticed the gulls activity has dropped off substantially in the last few days. A sure sign that what was there .. isn't there any more.
I think since we both have the same handicap ... we should hook up for a bank gathering rather soon. I'm not opposed to stopping after work with some minnows and a pole if you're game. I can't do it until after the end of the month though. Busy until then. I was thinking about trying out a cove over in HBSP. As soon as my rod gets rigged up .. I'm going fishing whether they are biting or not just to get use to tossing her out into the deep blue sea .. okay .. maybe the Chick doesn't qualify for THAT .. but its my deep blue sea.
Keep trying for a fishing slot .. sooner or later it will work out for ya. Sorry to hear the girls are keeping you away from your pleasure .. but I'm sure its worth it. You don't find nice ladies like that just anywhere!

Sorry to hear you are having some issues JSV. Maybe you can hit the lake again soon. I know how that old fever eats at you.
Sounds good to me!! I need those lesson real bad! It seems everytime I try to slip off and fish......you know who spots me! Plus catching some of those lunkers would be GREAT toooooooo. First priority though is lessons on secreacy!!
